Yesterday night was a bad one ! I couldn't sleep at all !
And thats suffering. I sleep on my bed close my eyes for 1/2 hour
But then still can't sleep . Did nth. Just listen to songs hope i can sleep.
But still can't . At that time it was already 6.15am le. I am still awake.
Don't know what to do. Then went to my mum's room with my pillow.
Hope i can sleep .This time its really works but after 1 hour. Hais.
Just don't know why this few days can't sleep well hais.
